You are beautiful, gorgeous and oh so unique. You know this but you don’t accept it. Superficially you see your faults and flaws and they cloud the real you. The one that is so valuable and bursting with gifts waiting to come out from hiding.
What’s keeping you hiding deep down, that makes it so difficult to come forward. What’s holding you back? Who are you truly and who do want to be so that you can shine in the truth of you.
You are so special and gifted. You are perfectly created and formed in every way and how it’s meant to be. It was your choice; nothing is by chance in your existence. It was your choice that led you to where you are right now. And its only your choices that will take you further on.
You are valuable beyond measure. What is this value you hold? You are of the creator and therefore owning the same value as each one of us here. Good or bad. You are soul, you are spirit, you can transcend any circumstance as you hold the power of the soul, the light within.
Whenever you are looking for answers, it is within. Pray, meditate and look for the clues and signs out there. You will be shown and you will know. Trust your instinct and when it feels right – great and when it feels wrong – take a fork on the road and try another path.
Although you may have missed opportunities because of the constant questioning of oneself, other opportunities will come your way. Have no fear, go forth bravely and strongly. You truly have this!

And in case you were wondering About Me…
My daughter, Sen was born in 2004 and she was a catalyst for my personal revolution. The responsibility of being a mother weighed heavily. At the time, I asked myself two life changing questions:- “What type of woman would I like my daughter to grow up to become?” and “What type of lifestyle would benefit her most?”. I then started to make some difficult decisions and changes in my own life so that I could live and model the correct behavior for my little girl and also provide her with a home that she deserved.
One of the first and most difficult decisions I made was to part ways with the Japanese religion that I was heavily involved with for over 15 years. I could not let my daughter believe that she was less in any capacity or feel responsible for the drama and unhappiness of the world. Although it left a gaping spiritual hole in my life, I knew it was the right shift. I had absolute faith in God (now nameless) and my own crusade began.
So, I started to read other religious and spiritual literature daily. I visited temples and churches, sought mystics, reiki practitioners, shamans, and energy healers to see if I could find the right fit. On a visit to the local Buddhist temple, I finally made progress in my journey. Here I experienced meditation for the first time and absolutely loved it!
More importantly, in that moment of silence, I found the answer to my search for spiritual fulfillment. I realized that I did not need another religion. Instead, I decided to focus on my inner self. So, I did not return to the Buddhist temple but I remained thankful for this new awareness.
Thus, my home became my temple and the Buddha became my spiritual symbol as a reminder of my new path. (Later on, I learnt that the term Buddha means “Awakened”.) I started to read at least 3-5 books per week – all old and new-age spiritual books, all self-development, personal growth books and the auto/biographies of spiritual & other leaders became my teachings. Most of what I read was generic and repetitive but there were a few golden treasures that resonated with me. I uncovered amazing insight on life and its meaning. From these sources, I started to create my own positive spirit-mind-body practices.
Step-by-step I created a meaningful life. I stopped living by default and started living with intention and purpose. By the time Sen turned 2, I finally worked up the courage to end my marriage. I had to start my life once again from the bottom (only this time it was with my little Angel). I moved back to my hometown, started a new job and then began life in my 30s. My new home became a loving sanctuary for Sen and I. I was thankfully back on course and living in alignment with my soul.
I continue to be obsessed with spending each moment on this Earth with purpose and to enjoy a Happy, Blessed existence, I actively work at becoming the best mom and the best person I can be! Growing, learning and evolving daily – the path to the best version of myself is my personal life’s mission (in progress). I constantly challenge myself to create better habits and to step outside of my comfort zone.
I am now happily married and have 2 amazing children that bring me unbelievable daily joy. In Jan 2017, we immigrated to Australia. I decided to take this opportunity to quit the corporate world after a successful 20-year career in corporate wellness and fulfil my life long dream of empowering women.
I am so grateful to God, my Guardian Angels and my Team for this beautiful blessed life. And thank you sooo much for being here and giving my life an extra dose of purpose.
